CSIR UGC NET 2020 Eligibility
Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying the form of CSIR UGC NET 2020. The eligibility is very important for the candidates. The details of Eligibility is given below:-
Education Qualification
- The candidates must have an M.Sc or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/ BS- 4 Years/ BE/ B.Tech/ B.Pharma/ MBBS.
- General, OBC-NCL, EwS candidates – Minimum 55% Marks.
- SC/ ST, Physically and visually handicapped candidates – Minimum 50% Marks.
- Candidates who completed the M.Sc and 10+2+3 years of the above qualification holder will also be eligible for the CSIR UGC NET Examination 2020.
- The candidates who have B.Sc and an equivalent degree in the Integrated MS-PhD.
- The candidate who has a bachelor’s degree/ Enrolled for Ph.D./ Integrated Ph.D. to be eligible for CSIR.
- Ph.D. degree holder candidates, who passed the masters degree before 19 September 1991 with 55% marks are also eligible for the exam.
Age Limit and Relaxation
Research Fellowship:- The candidates whose ages are above 28 years as on 1 July 2020, those candidates are not attending the exam of CSIR UGC NET 2020.
Lectureship:- No age limit for this post of Assistant Lectureship.

Apply for CSIR UGC NET 2020 Details
