UP Police Physical Test Syllabus and exam pattern details will be helpful in the PET/PST selection of UP Police Recruitment 2018-19. Uttar Pradesh Police exam date 2018 19 is 04 to 05 January 2018 (Tentative). The exam will be held in nearby 04 to 05 January 2018 (Tentative) for the UP Police job Recruitment vacancy 2018-19 in Lucknow. Candidates will be selected on the written exam merit and further gone for the document verification and PST, PET round.

Physical Efficiency Test/ Race

After Qualifying written Test, the candidate has to appear in the Physical Efficiency Test or Race and qualify it for further selection. For this Physical Efficiency Test, the Male candidate has to run 4.8 km in maximum 25 minutes and female candidate have to run 2.4 km in maximum 14 minutes. Both of them have to qualify this race in the particular given time otherwise candidate will be disqualified.

Male Candidates:

Physical Efficiency Test or Race criteria are 4.8 Km race in the 25 Minutes for male candidates. They have to complete this race in given time for further selection.

Female Candidates:

Physical Efficiency Test or Race criteria are 2.4 Km race in the 14 Minutes for female candidates. They also have to complete this race in given time for further selection.

Note:-Candidates have to reach on time at the venue for the PST and PET. Any absent candidate will be disqualified for this post.

Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Candidates have to attain some physical standards such as Height, Chest & Weight. Otherwise, they will be disqualified from Physical Standared Test or Physical Mesurement test and their candidature will be cancelled.
